What is process serving?

Basically it is the delivery of a writ, summons, or other legal papers to the person, company or other entity required to respond to them. The process is delivered in a professional legally binding manner.

Once we receive your instructions and documentation we shall:

1. Verify that the details of the process documentation provided is correct and accurate.
2. Serve the documentation at a time and place most likely to give us access to the subject.
3. Keep you, the client, up to date with our progress via telephone or e-mail.

We shall carry out up to three attempts to serve the process. If we have not been successful after three attempts we will contact you, the client for, further instructions.
Upon a successful outcome we shall complete and return the required proof of service. All fees quoted include a Certificate of service, Witness Statement or a sworn affidavit of service as required.
